Now in Egypt there are 270 districts.
Today there are multnational companies working in Egypt in the field of waste management. It is difficult to effectively run this type of operation as it stands. The streets are not clean and complaints are rampant.
Our proposal is to establish 270 waste management companies.
One company for each district. Each company will only focuus on its district. Routine schedules of pickup and routes will be agreed upon with the local government of that district. The collection of the fees will remain with the electricity company. The companies in this proposal are local companies that will bid and contract thru the local government. The government in this model will not spend money for running these companies. Funds will come directly from homes and businesses thru the local government. This will spread the wealth and immediatly create profitable companies.
