Land for Hotels Map - 750 hotels
We need to know where to put the targeted 750 Hotels. We propose to show all the areas that should have new hotels by province and locality. After this map is created we target 200 hotels every year to be erected.
The approach:
Invite all Heads of State Tourism ministers, tourism companies and investors Nationally and internationally to a big conference in Sharm Elsheikh to investigate this tourism opportunity. At the conference ALL locations and areas for the 200 Hotels will be show cased and the starting price of each land plot will be disclosed in addition to the legislation, guidelines. At the conference bidding for these plots and ownership awarded. Prior to the conference all the invited guests will receive a package detailing all these areas and the possible profits and guidelines.
