Police - New design and distribution
The current numbe of police officers is extremely low. currenlty there are only 160,000 police officers in all of Egypt. This number cannot provide the necessary law enforcement required. The proposal is to bring the ratio up to a proper level. We propose 1 police offier for every 300 citizens, which would mean 288,000 using a population of 85Million.
We also propose:
1) Eradicate all other police ranks less than police officers.
2) Police force needs to be dynamic, therefore most police officers to be mobile, this will require new police cars equipped with the proper gears and instruments
2) new police station for each district, currently there are 270 districts.
3) All stations to be networked together
