Sinai industrial incentive program
It is imperative to decongest Egypt's mainland and migrate people to Sinai which is considered strategic for homeland security. We propose for new and existing businesses to migrate to Sinai to take advantage of the following incentives:
1) Taxes to be reduced from 20% to 17%.
2) Free land in business districts and industrial areas.
3) Permanent housing plans for workers to be proivded at affordable rates.
