Start with building seed houses (50,000) units and start clearing unofficial housing areas for displacements. we start with moving 10,000 families over the five months, while the five months we build 10,000 houses per month. meaning we build 10,000 houses every month and at the same time clear land for building. this will be a cycle that needs to me maintained for years to come.
