Small debt mercy program

There are thousands of people in jail because they are in debt so small as 500LE. All of these prisoners have entered into this predicament because of poverty or either been fooled into this situation. We propose to establish a fund to raise money from people's Zakat (Alms) to go to toward freeing these prisoners. Forgiveness will give hope for people to return back to their communities and become viable. As a result this will reduce the number of inmates in prisons and effectively reduce the cost of running prisons.
