Prescription for success...
1. POLITICAL WILL- If there is political will there is a way and the sky is the limit.
2. VISION - If you can envision all the steps for a project from beginning to end then your project is possible.
3. NOWLEDGE - Knowledge is in the books and the know-how can be bought if needed.
4. Have good intentions in your endevours
5. Make it easy for others to succeed.
6. Create an atmosphere for success.
7. A characteristic of the future government must be generosity. It must give and its aim should not be to make a profit but to make people rich.
8. Halt the export of natural resources. Allow it only if value added, but has to be at least 30% of the end product.
9. Establish excellent laws that promote manufacturing (No taxes and tariffs on imported manufacturing equipment; give exporting incentives
such as tax breaks (instead of 20% taxes would be 18%), not monetary give away).
10. Establish large national projects that are funded by the people (See National Projects). It will be the government’s responsibility to
provide the feasibility studies and present them to the people. Should the private investors or the people do not implement these
projects, it will be the responsibility of the government to allocate the funding.
11. Redistribute the budget to increase spending on education and research and national projects. Create incentives for our scholars,
scientists and experts to return from abroad to contribute.
