Egyptian Airplane
Revive and enhance the Egyptian aircraft for manufacture and export. Once we are strong in this low technology airplanes, we propose to take it to the next level.
In a recent article in The Times onthe current Egyptian military situation, Winston S. Churchill reports that, even before the six-day war, the Russians had made themselves militarily indispensible to the Egyptians and that now "Egypt's agricultural and growing oil production has been mortgaged for years in advance
to pay not only for Soviet arms but the development of an Egyptian-made fighter [HA-300] aircraft and surface-to-surface missiles—the Victor and Conqueror, none of which has progressed beyond prototype stage."
This again as the Ha-200 would have had three main variants
single pilot 2x30mm cannon
single pilot 4x30mm cannon
two pilots no cannon or 2x30mm cannon

How: Establish Space and Aviation Research and Development Center and Manufacturing facility. Hire 1,000 individuals from all areas of expertise needed from all over the world and from Egypt. Egyptians only. They will have an average salary of $100,000 per year (total is $100Million annual salaries). They will research, design and prototype the first Egyptian airplanes (1 fighter and 1 passenger). In Two years it is possible. After success manufacture and test. After successfull flights move to the second phase.
Second phase: Space Travel.
